For mixed choir and improvised bass clarinet obbligato. In manuscript from the composers. 

Togni and Reilly have collaborated on dozens of original works, which, like “Antiphon,” have at their core a profound sense of spiritual connectedness. The sustained chords in the choir serve as a backdrop for improvisatory delivery from the bass clarinet, which itself serves to illuminate the meaning of the text.

Peter-Anthony Togni et Jeff Reilly ont collaboré à la prestation de plusieurs dizaines d’œuvres originales qui, comme « Antiphon », reposent sur une profonde connexion spirituelle. Les accords soutenus du chœur tracent l’arrière-plan de l’improvisation de la clarinette basse, qui sert elle-même à éclairer le sens du texte.
